Reflective T-Shirt

The Reflective T-Shirt is designed for customised apparel where visibility and branding are both important. The artwork is produced using a special Reflective HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) sheet, which is heat-applied onto the garment.

Under normal lighting, the reflective design maintains a clean and professional appearance. When direct light from vehicle headlights, flashlights or similar sources falls on the print, the reflective material returns the light and makes the artwork appear significantly brighter.

This makes Reflective T-Shirts suitable for both functional workwear and customised promotional apparel, especially for evening, night-time and outdoor use.

Printing Options

Reflective HTV Printing uses a specially designed heat-transfer vinyl containing reflective properties. The artwork is cut from the reflective sheet and applied to the garment using controlled heat and pressure.

The reflective effect becomes strongest when light is directed toward the print, particularly in low-light or night-time environments.

For best results, use bold lettering, logos, symbols and clear shapes. Extremely fine lines, very small text and highly intricate artwork may not reproduce effectively with reflective HTV.

• Keep important artwork within the printable area
• Select print size according to visibility requirements

• Verify names, numbers and spelling before ordering
• Supply print-ready artwork wherever possible
