How information is used

Payments through Razorpay
Razorpay is the payment provider used for online payments. Payment information entered within Razorpay’s payment flow is handled under the terms and privacy practices applicable to that service. RSGRAPHICS uses the transaction reference, payment status and related order information available to us for payment confirmation, order administration and customer-support purposes.
Delivery through Shiprocket
Shiprocket is used for shipping and delivery coordination. Relevant information such as the recipient name, delivery address, PIN code, contact details and shipment information is shared as needed to create the shipment, arrange delivery and support tracking. Only information relevant to the delivery process should be shared for that purpose.
Customer artwork
Customer artwork is used for the printing or design work requested by the customer and is not intentionally retained as a permanent library for future repeat orders. However, the exact operational deletion schedule still needs to be verified, including how long files may remain in production systems, backups or service-provider copies. That retention process must be confirmed before this notice is treated as final.
Order updates and marketing
Order-related communications are used to support fulfilment, delivery updates, payment or artwork coordination and customer service. Promotional email or WhatsApp messages will be sent with the customer’s consent.
