Teslin Card

The Teslin Card is designed for identification applications that require a stronger and more durable material than ordinary printed paper.

It is produced using 300 Micron Teslin, a synthetic material that is flexible and water-resistant and provides a suitable surface for customised identification printing.

Teslin Cards are suitable for employee ID cards, office staff cards, student ID cards, school cards, college IDs, coaching institute cards, membership cards, club cards, visitor cards, event identification cards and internal organisation cards.

They are especially useful when a lightweight personalised identification card is required for regular everyday handling.

Material

300 Micron Teslin is a synthetic paper material commonly used for identification applications. It provides better resistance to moisture and tearing than ordinary paper and supports clear printed photographs and text.

Standard ID Card size: 85 x 55 mm.

Corner Finish

Cards are supplied with approximately 3 mm radius rounded corners, providing a cleaner finished appearance.

Printing

The Teslin Card uses high-quality multicolour printing suitable for photographs, full names, employee or student IDs, designations, departments, organisation logos, contact details, addresses, barcodes, QR codes, validity information and custom background designs.

Good-quality source photographs and sharp logos help produce a clearer and more professional ID card.

Print Side

Front: Suitable for basic identification information such as photograph, name, designation and ID number.

Front & Back: Provides additional space for address, contact information, instructions, emergency details, QR codes or other organisation information.

Orientation

Choose between Horizontal and Vertical according to the card design.

Personalisation

Each card can carry different employee, student or member details according to the supplied information.

Artwork Guidelines

Use clear, high-resolution photographs with proper lighting. Company or institute logos should also be supplied in good quality. Carefully check names, ID numbers, designations and other information before production.
